What it costs to sell with Kidia's full service
The price consists of three elements
Commission 50% from sales proceeds
This will first be deducted from the sales revenue accrued to you at the end of the sales period. Please note that the remaining payments will then be deducted from your share.
Initial fee 11,90€ / sales package
The start-up fee covers the screening and selection of products for sale. This will be deducted from your contribution after commission. One sales package includes the handling of 80 products.
Handling fee 0,60€ / product
You pay a handling fee of 0,60€ for each product priced for sale. You do not have to pay this fee for products that do not end up for sale. This will be deducted from your share after commission.

Is it worth selling on Kidia?
Most of our customers make a nice profit, and we very rarely make a loss. However, it's worth remembering that in a full-service second-hand sale, we do most of the work for you - so the returns are not as high as if you were doing the flea market yourself.
Full service is never the most profitable way to sell second hand products, as service fees will always take a large part of your sales revenue. We try to keep our prices low for Kidia, as our aim is to ensure that as many items as possible find a new home during your sales period. The value of a full service to you comes from how easy and fast it is compared to selling yourself. At Kidia, you'll always reach a large number of customers, as we're open in shopping centres every day of the week with extended opening hours.
The service fees cover all the costs of the work, such as staff salaries, premises rent and all other business expenses. In addition, Kidia pays a marginal VAT of 25,5% on its share of the profits.
You should also note that we select our products very carefully for sale. If many of your products are not suitable for sale with us, your share may be smaller.

EXAMPLE 1
You book one sales package (max 80 products)
You will bring 40 products for sale. We select 38 products for sale and leave out 2 products.
Your return on sales is 250€
The 50% commission is deducted from your sales proceeds first
=125,00€
The remaining amount will then be deducted from your share of the initial sales package.
11,90€
and a handling fee for the products:
38 x 0,60€
= 22,80€
Your payout at the end of the period is therefore:
250,00€ - 125,00€ - 11,90 € - 22,80€
= 90,20€
The total price of the service for you is:
125,00€ + 11,90€ + 22,80€
= 159,70€
EXAMPLE 2
You book one sales package (max 80 products)
You will bring 80 products for sale. We select 75 products for sale and leave out 5 products.
Your return on sales is 650€
The 50% commission is deducted from your sales proceeds first
=325,00€
The remaining amount will then be deducted from your share of the initial sales package.
11,90€
and a handling fee for the products:
75 x 0,60€
= 45,00€
Your payout at the end of the period is therefore:
650,00€ - 325,00€ - 11,90€ - 45,00€
= 268,10€
The total price of the service for you is:
325,00€ + 11,90€ + 45,00€
= 381,90€
