Are there any risks for me?
Requesting an offer is risk-free! The only thing you might lose is a little time if you decide not to accept it.
The offer amount may be lower if it includes items we cannot sell.
You must accept that Instant Buy Service is not the most profitable way to sell second-hand items. However, it is the fastest and easiest way to declutter!
Good to know about the shopping service
- We are very selective and only buy products for which there is a definite demand.
- We bid for a lump sum, and do not break it down by product.
- You will not get back products that we do not choose to sell. The purchase offer is always for the entire lot.
- We don't negotiate the price - you can accept or reject the offer.
- The amount offered will be affected if there are products involved that we cannot sell.
- We can also choose not to make an offer.
- We recycle products unsuitable for sale in a responsible manner.
- If you do not wish to take up the offer, you must collect the products within 3 days.
