Kidia Oy (business ID 3183750-8) sells services to individuals in Finland. These terms of delivery apply to orders for services in our online shop.
These terms of delivery are valid from 25.1.2021. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions as necessary, so please check them whenever you order services from our online shop.
Terms and conditions of the sales service
By paying for the reservation, the customer accepts Terms and conditions of the Kidia sales service.
The contract for the sales service is concluded at the moment when the buyer pays for the service at the Kidia e-commerce checkout. By making a reservation, the customer undertakes to deliver the saleable products for sale to Kidia within the agreed time. Kidia undertakes to provide the service as described in these terms and conditions. The contract is binding on both parties.
Prices
The prices of the services are shown in the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices, so please always check the prices in your shopping cart before accepting an order. Prices include VAT (24%), which will be indicated in the shopping basket and on the order confirmation.
Content of the service
The content of the service is presented in the product presentation of each product and in more detail the terms of the sales service. These terms of delivery do not replace the terms of the sales service, so please note that when you order a sales service from our online store, you are bound not only by these terms of delivery but also by the terms of the sales service.
Ordering and contract
You can order services in our online shop by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming your order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time and the terms and conditions of the sales service. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding, except to the extent that the right of withdrawal is mentioned below, and creates a contract between us and these Terms of Delivery.
Payment
The e-commerce payment provider is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service and the statement and invoice show Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy as the payee. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant.
Payment is secure as all transaction information is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction details.
A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Flexo and Enterpay Invoice to company.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be debited from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop.

Flexible bill and instalment is a domestic service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexusto is for individuals who have a good record of managing their finances. With Flexusto, you get 30 days interest-free and free of charge. Once you receive your bill, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. Flexible instalments cost €3.90/month plus a credit interest rate of 19.90%. Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when you place your order. You should verify the correctness of your email address before paying for your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used and the products included in your order. If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Service delivery time
Select the date of the sales service before adding it to your shopping cart. We reserve the right to postpone the booked date. We will inform the customer separately of any exceptions to the time.
For those who have paid for postal delivery, we will deliver the necessary pricing tools 1-2 weeks before the planned start date of the sales service. We will provide instructions for products delivered to us by post at least 1-2 weeks before the planned start date of the sales service.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after the conclusion of the service contract. If your sales period has already started, the sales period can no longer be cancelled.
Notification of cancellation should be made clearly by email to info@kidia.fi, we would appreciate notification of cancellation as soon as possible.
We will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Limitation of liability
Kidia Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damage or any other damage related to the order or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise in respect of such damage.
Disagreements
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order through mediation in the first instance, so please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if any disputes arise.
If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Local Register Offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
